RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love your Narmimon pieces. If your purchase is not quite right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached. You may, of course, try on your garment as you would in a store.

At launch, Narmimon offers complimentary returns within Germany and the European Union. Return instructions and a prepaid return label will be provided through our returns process.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

If your order was purchased using a promotional or welcome discount, you will be refunded the amount actually paidfor the returned item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you.

United Kingdom

Return arrangements for UK orders will be provided separately with your return instructions. 

Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union and other jurisdictions where applicable, your statutory rights remain unaffected. Please see our separate Right of Withdrawal page for information regarding your statutory withdrawal rights.
