Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided on our website, but this is not mandatory.

Electronic Withdrawal
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through your Narmimon customer account. Select the relevant order and submit a cancellation or return request using the online function provided.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, we are not required to reimburse the additional delivery costs resulting from your choice.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For your convenience, Narmimon provides a prepaid return shipping label. If you use the prepaid return label provided by us, the applicable return shipping fee stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy will be deducted from your refund.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
