Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Selected Narmimon pieces are created only after your order is placed. This allows us to produce more intentionally, work closely with skilled artisans and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted and prepared for dispatch. The estimated timeframe is also stated on each Made-to-order product page.

If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, your order will normally be dispatched together once the made-to-order piece is ready.

We currently ship within the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Available shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Standard shipping within Germany is €5.99.
Standard shipping to other EU destinations is €9.90
Standard shipping to Switzerland is CHF 9.90
Standard shipping to the United Kingdom is £14.90.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over €150 within Germany and the EU, £150 to the United Kingdom, and CHF 150 to Switzerland.

Ready-to-ship pieces are prepared for dispatch after your order has been confirmed. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.

For made-to-order pieces, the estimated production and dispatch timeframe shown on the individual product page applies.

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Orders to the United Kingdom are currently estimated to arrive within 9–14 business days.

Made-to-order pieces have a separate preparation time, which is stated on the individual product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Orders within the European Union include applicable VAT and are not subject to import customs formalities when shipped from Germany.

For orders to Great Britain and Switzerland, Narmimon's shipping process is designed so that applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges are handled by Narmimon where the applicable delivery route is available. You should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

If you unexpectedly receive a request from the carrier to pay import duties, taxes or customs charges, please contact us before making the payment so that we can investigate it for you.

Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached.

To request a return, please follow the instructions provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Once your return has been arranged, securely package the item and follow the return instructions provided.

Returns are subject to a return shipping fee of €5.99 for Germany and the EU, £5.99 for the United Kingdom, and CHF 5.99 for Switzerland. The applicable return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Yes. Made-to-order purchases may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they meet our return conditions. Made-to-order does not mean personalized or custom-made specifically to the customer's individual specifications.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Narmimon is rooted in a Europe-for-Europe approach to garment production. Our clothing is made in Portugal, keeping production close to our European customers while working with skilled European makers.

Alongside our European garment production, we collaborate with artisans in Madagascar and Morocco to create selected handcrafted bags, celebrating local craftsmanship and creating economic value within the communities where these traditions originate.

Africa is an important part of the Narmimon story. Through our handcrafted accessories, we want to celebrate the beauty of traditional craftsmanship while ensuring that part of what we create also gives back through meaningful local production.

Our bags are handcrafted in Madagascar and Morocco, bringing traditional techniques and natural materials into the Narmimon collection while supporting skilled local work.

We place a strong focus on organic, natural and more considered materials, selecting fabrics for their quality, feel and longevity as well as their impact.

Our collections include materials such as organic cotton, organic linen and lyocell, alongside natural materials used in our handcrafted accessories. We aim to make thoughtful material choices wherever possible, while continuing to improve our approach as Narmimon grows.

Each bag is shaped by hand using natural materials and traditional techniques. Subtle variations in texture, colour and finish are therefore part of its individual character — no two handcrafted pieces will be exactly alike.
